How do I create a web survey using TwtSurvey?
Your surveys are managed at twtpoll.com, so follow these steps to create a TwtSurvey:

1 Upgrade your Twtpoll account to enable TwtSurvey @ twtpoll.com

2 Sign in to Twtpoll.com with your Twitter credentials.

3 Go to Create a Poll/Survey on Twtpoll

Multiple Choice (select only one answer)
Use this question when you want your users to select only one of your choices.
There's also an option to let them enter "Other choices".

Use this question when you want your users to select one or more of your choices.
There's also an option to let them enter "Other choices".

Drop-down (Choose only one answer)
Use this question when you want your users to select only one of your choices.
The user has to choose only option via a drop-down box.

Rating Scale
Use this question when you want rate something.
The scale goes up to 10 (you can choose the range and we'll adjust the increment).

Use this question to compare Twitter Users and when you want your users to select only one @twitter_user of your choices.

Twitter Rating Scale
Use this question when you want rate a Twitter User.

Use this question when you want to rank several Twitter Users.

How are the results displayed?
First of all, you can choose having your TwtSurvey results public or private. For public surveys, the results will be displayed after each person answers a survey (just like on Twtpoll). The results from private surveys are only available to the person who created it.

Filter Results by Demographic
When you create a TwtSurvey, you can choose some demographic questions which will be asked at the bottom of your survey. These questions are about: Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Income Level, Education, etc. You can then choose from the list to display only results based on a combination of them

How do I share my TwtSurvey?
After you create and publish your TwtSurvey, you can use our shortcut links to share it on Twitter or Facebook. You can also copy the link and share it via email or link from your website.

You can also embed the entire survey on your blog/website, so your visitors can answer it from there.

Thank your customers for their time!
You can edit your Thank you page with your message. It's also a good idea to provite something to your followers in return for their feedback.
